Executive Chef Steven SwallowSteven is a local to American Fork, Utah has an extensive culinary background. He attended Utah Valley University’s Culinary Arts program where he studied under (5) phenomenal certified executive chefs and pastry chefs from around the world. Chef Swallow has worked for several restaurants and catering companies in and outside of Utah. Several years ago Chef Swallow developed an award winning catering company, Utah Celebrations Catering, which has had a wide spread success across the state. While running Utah Celebrations Catering he noticed an opportunity to offer some of the most popular items in a cafe setting. With attention to detail ensuring that everything is fresh and using quality ingredients you will be sure to taste the difference. |
General Manager Colin CardenazColin was born and raised in California. He moved to Utah to build his future with very little to his name. With his head strong nature and confidence, Colin accomplishes anything he sets his mind to. He is pretty much awesome. Colin's upbeat friendly management creates a great atmosphere and wonderful place to dine. |
